Inhomogeneously magnetized MMS with diameters ranging from 12 to 225 мм (from 2 to 32 poles)
Designs were developed and manufactured experimental samples BLDC with capacity from 0,1 to 15 kW. Tests have shown, the experimental samples of BLDC have unique properties. So , in particular, the efficiency reaches record levels in a wide range of power capacities (look at. graph), weight and size parameters BLDC 2-3 times better, than the asynchronous (induction) motors of the same capacity, significantly reduced acoustic noise, achieved a high specific torque and uniformity of rotation. The overload capacity of the experimental samples determined more by the control unit, than by electric motor.
For each of these engines are designed layouts switching and control units. All models of electrical control blocks were created using microprocessors and power modules and provide the adjustment of power , rotation speed and special modes of rotation engines as directly, and the remote access via the data bus from the external computer.
All models BLDC allow power supply from the net of AC or DC currents without changing of the design of the control units, and can also serve as an electrical current generator.
Heat losses of our designed BLDC 2 twice less , than the serial asynchronous motors of the same power capacity, at substantially lower weight and size parameters.
Estimated cost of the developed BLDC with the control block may be lower, than the price of commercially available induction motors with frequency converter, with appropriate methods of manufacture.

Developed BLDC have a number of advantages, which enable their use in those cases, when it is impossible to apply standard commercially available motors, need to improve consumer characteristics of technical devices or achieve significant energy savings at work, as well as to lower the price of the final device.

- The maximum value of the high efficiency (efficiency) to 92% allows the use of BLDC in cases where the need to save energy when using energy-consuming devices (conditioning, ventilation systems, pumps, etc.).
